pageVault Trial License Agreement
PAGEVAULT SOFTWARE TRIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
Project Computing Pty Ltd ("Project Computing") is willing to license the
pageVault software for you to trial only upon the condition that you accept
all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
Please read the terms carefully. By clicking the "accept" checkbox on the trial application
form and/or installing the software, you will indicate your agreement with
them. If you do not agree with these terms, then Project Computing is
unwilling to license the pageVault software to you, in which event you
should not proceed with installing or using the pageVault software.
- The pageVault software is supplied solely for you to evaluate the
suitability of the software for subsequent licensing by you for productive purposes.
- The trial period will be for thirty one (31) days starting from the date of submission
of the application to trial the pageVault software. Project Computing, may,
at its sole discretion, extend the 31-day trial period.
- This agreement does not allow you to make any productive use of the pageVault
software. Productive use of the software requires the purchase of a license to use
the pageVault software.
- This agreement does not obligate you in any way to lease, purchase, or otherwise
acquire ownership interest in, or pay for a license to use the pageVault software.
Neither the Project Computing nor you shall be obligated to provide any
compensation to the other based on this agreement.
- Reverse engineering, dissassembly and/or copying or reproduction of all or any part
of the pageVault software for any purposes, other than the reasonable pursuit of the
suitability of the software for subsequent licensing by you for productive purposes
is prohibited. The creation of derivative works based on the pageVault software or documentation
is prohibited.
- You shall not distribute the pageVault software or its documentation in any form
to a third party.
- On completion of the trial period either:
- you must destroy all copies of the pageVault software downloaded or derived
from the material downloaded, or
- you must purchase a license from Project Computing for the productive
use of the pageVault software.
- You indemnify Project Computing from any physical, financial or other
loss resulting either partially or fully from your use of the pageVault software.
- Except as otherwise expressly stated, nothing in this agreement shall
be construed to grant either party any license, by implication, estoppel,
or otherwise, to any intellectual property of the other, including trademarks,
copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
Each party irrevocably submits to the courts of Australian Capital Territory
and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any
proceedings in connection with this Agreement.
